Estimated Delivery & Despatch Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when your UltraDisk product will be dispatched . Estimated dispatch & arrival dates are based on several factors, including your destination address. Most products are depatched in 1 nday, or if you have pre-ordered an item we will let you know the approximate delivery time as soon as we can.

All Items are usually posted the same day if payment is received before 12.30pm (weekend purchases will be dispatched on Monday am or Tuesday if its a UK Bank Holiday) Please contact us before placing an order if you have any special delivery requirements, such as urgent Special Delivery or courier services. Or please leave us a message with your order.

Delivery Packaging

All of our items are despatched in plain packaging for maximum discretion. A packing slip is included with your order.


Delivery Options

Orders sent from UltraDisk can be delivered by a number of postal carriers. High value orders which have been sent to a personal address will require a signature on delivery so please take this into account when selecting a delivery address.

Many of our carriers will make several attempts to deliver a package and should always leave a card to notify you that a delivery attempt has been made along with details of how you can contact them to rearrange delivery.If a package is deemed to be undeliverable it may be held at your local postal sorting / collections office, so please check with them.


Tracking

We do send items by signed / recorded delivery so we provide you with tracking details in your user area, these are available usually a day after we have posted the item.
