The UltraDisk® DVR9 MP3 FM Digital Voice recorder is the latest digital voice recorder from the i-voice range and includes many features that are essential for data recording with minimal effort.

In addition to digitally recording voice and audio, the system can be used for storing and transferring all computer data files including Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, images, data and even MP3 files. Compatible with PCs/Laptops and Macs it does not need any drivers or software to transfer audio recordings.

PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY

The system has three recording modes ( LP 8 Kbps / SP 32 Kbps / HP 128 Kbps) HP sound recording files can be saved as "mp3" format which can be played back on the computer directly or saved to the PC for later reference using the USB data transfer. MP3 is the ideal recording format if you are looking to create audio cd's or to upload or save as podcast ready mp3 files.

- LP Long Play recording (ACT) ACT format files are compressed digital audio files enabling maximum recording times and provide the ideal solution for emailing and transferring digital files

- SP Standard Play recording. (WAV), short for Waveform audio format is standard for storing audio on PCs. It is the main format of uncompressed audio and is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh Operating systems.

- HP High Performance quality recording MPEG-1 Audio Layer 3, more commonly referred to as MP3, is a common audio format for consumer audio storage, as well as a de facto standard encoding for the transfer and playback of music on digital audio players.

Digital Voice Recordings can be made using the system as a portable device or can be attached to the telephone using the telephone recording adapter kit. Recording both sides of the telephone conversation / interview and saving for later use or digital storage. The mobile telephone recording earpiece enables mobile phone calls to be recorded directly into mp3 format.

The DVR9 has the ability to record off the built in FM radio, not only so you can listen again, but will therefore work with our wireless microphone range. Voice Activated Recording mode, starts recording as soon as a sound is heard and automatically pauses when silence falls.

All personal voice recorders from the UltraDisk range can be used as a generic mp3 player (playback ACT, WAV, MP3, WMA, WAV & ASF) and as a multi versatile USB memory stick.
